The Swedish Consumers' Banking and Finance Bureau - is an independent agency whose objective is to meet consumers' need for information and advice regarding financial services and support in dealings with finance companies. The principals are the Swedish Consumer Agency, the Financial Supervisory Authority, The Swedish Bankers Association, the Swedish Mutual Fund Association and the Swedish Association of Securities dealers.

The Swedish Consumers' Insurance Bureau - provides advice to consumers in various insurance matters. The Bureau offers pre-purchase information and advice concerning losses, also product overviews by comparing virtually all forms of consumer insurance. While the Bureau is not empowered to reverse any decisions, the Bureau may attempt to conciliate disputes between policyholders and their insurance companies. The principals are the Swedish Consumer Agency, the Financial Supervisory Authority and Insurance Sweden. All guidance is free of charge.
